We exist to make exceptional Colombian origin easier to discover, understand and buy—without removing the people and places that created it.
2019
The fictional year our first three producer relationships took shape in southern Colombia.
Our beginning
The mountains set the terms.
Altitud 2100 began with a simple observation: remarkable harvests were often reduced to anonymous regional blends before buyers could understand their character.
We designed a smaller, more deliberate path. Lots remain identifiable. Producers receive useful sensory feedback. Buyers receive the physical, logistical and origin details needed to make confident decisions.
Our role is not to romanticize origin. It is to protect quality, communicate clearly and make trade work better on both sides.
